Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Hospo Mojo Consulting website (hospomojo.com) and, together with your individual coaching agreement where one applies, your engagement of our coaching services. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide hospitality business coaching, currently offered as three packages — Mojo Spark, Mojo Momentum, and Mojo Forge — described in detail on our Packages page. Pricing, inclusions, and guarantees shown on that page are current at the time of publishing and may be updated from time to time; the scope, price, and terms that actually apply to your engagement are those confirmed with you directly (for example on a discovery call or in a signed agreement) before work begins.

Free resources

Free downloads, templates, and articles on this site (including the 7am Opening Checklist, Wage % & COGS Tracker, and Shift Handover Template) are provided as general educational information based on our experience in hospitality operations. They are not personalised advice for your specific business, and are not a substitute for professional legal, financial, tax, or HR advice.

Payment

Unless stated otherwise, prices are shown in Australian dollars. Where a split-payment plan is offered (as described on the Packages page), instalments are due on the schedule agreed at the time of booking. GST (if applicable) will be shown on your invoice.

Guarantees

Each coaching package carries the guarantee described for it on our Packages page at the time you engage us (for example, a refund if Mojo Spark doesn't deliver a clear plan by the end of Week 1, continued work at no charge if Mojo Momentum's systems aren't live and adopted after 60 days, or a no-cost extension if Mojo Forge's quarterly scorecard isn't met). These guarantees apply as described at the time of your booking and don't cover circumstances outside our control or a client's decision not to implement agreed actions.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Specific cancellation and rescheduling terms for coaching sessions are set out in your individual coaching agreement. We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to move a session.

Intellectual property

Templates, checklists, SOPs, playbooks, and other materials we provide remain the intellectual property of Hospo Mojo Consulting. They're licensed to you for your own business's internal use — please don't resell, redistribute, or publish them.

No guaranteed results

Hospitality businesses vary widely, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including how our recommendations are implemented. Beyond the specific guarantees described above, we don't promise particular financial or operational results, and any case studies, examples, or testimonials we publish reflect individual experiences rather than a guarantee of similar results for you.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Affiliate links

Some links on our Resources page are affiliate or referral links to third-party products and services (such as Square, Deputy, and Marsello). We only recommend tools we've used or genuinely rate, and may earn a commission if you sign up through those links, at no extra cost to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in effect is the one published here, dated above.
